Interoperability Assessments: A new space for Interoperability Evaluations

Introduced by the Interoperable Europe Act, the Interoperability Assessments space provides guidelines to help users perform an interoperability assessment.

To simplify the process, the Interoperable Europe Portal provides an intuitive online tool to produce and publish interoperability assessment reports.

Following a submission, a moderation team approves and publishes the reports. Users can access reports shared by other public administrations, fostering knowledge exchange and learning.

The space also offers a forum where users are free to share experiences, discuss challenges, and engage in best practices with peers, becoming part of this growing community.

To stay informed on developments within the Assessments space, users can subscribe to the space and receive updates on new content.

User Reference Guide: Centralised information on using the Portal

The newly introduced User Reference Guide page is designed to centralise all essential information about the Portal, its functionalities, and usage. It provides a comprehensive overview of the Portal, covering general navigation, account management, and content contribution. The guide offers clear guidance on discovering and utilising resources effectively.

At the bottom of the page there is a feedback survey, where as a user you can share your input on additional topics you would like to see covered in future updates of the guide.

Updated How-To articles: Step-by-step user guidance

To further facilitate ease of use, a series of updated How-To articles have been published, providing step-by-step instructions on navigating and utilising the Portal’s features. These guides focus on different aspects, including getting started with the Interoperable Europe Portal, creating and managing a solution or collection, and generating content on the Portal. Among these, a dedicated video tutorial on content creation is available to offer a more visual and practical approach.

The Interoperable Europe Board’s work documents: Accessible governance resources

The Board space, hosted under the Governance section, now provides access to the Board’s work documents such as Board’s decisions or the upcoming roadmap. As an example of what is already available, the rules of procedure adopted during the Board’s first meeting and the meeting’s minutes are now available in this dedicated space.

Stay informed on future meetings and updates from the Board by subscribing to the Interoperable Europe Board space.
